OUR MILK

Our bottles simply contain what our goats give us - nothing is added, nothing is removed. We heat treat the milk on-farm and then rapidly chill it, to ensure we lock in the quality and the taste. We hold Risk Management Programmes for the harvesting, processing and transporting of our milk. Goat milk naturally contains bio-available minerals and is a good source of protein. Goat milk casein is naturally A2, which being a smaller size, makes it easier to digest. Goat milk does not need to be homogenized because it does not separate - meaning it is less processed than other milks. Goat milk also enhances skin health because of the combination of Vitamin A and Lactic Acid. It has high levels of sialic acid which helps you stay alert and focused. Goat milk contains significantly more oligosaccharides than bovine or sheep milk, which function as prebiotics, immune modulators, and pathogen inhibitors which help to improve barrier function in the gut.
A pretty heavy open access peer review chapter can be found here. The key benefits of goat milk are outlined below:
^EASY TO DIGEST^
^BENEFICIAL FAT PROFILE^
^HYPOALLERGENIC VALUE^
^SLIGHTLY LESS LACTOSE^
